Your service terms explain which records and files you can export, the available formats, timing and costs, and how data is deleted if you leave. Owning your data does not mean every record or attachment has an unrestricted export option.
Services are agreed separately
Your proposal explains what setup, data migration, training, hosting, maintenance, support, integrations and usage-based services cover, and what they cost.
Rue AI and workspace are optional
Rue AI is available now as an optional add-on, with usage charged separately. The email/workspace suite is optional and priced separately.
One login across the suite
Single sign-on connects CRM, HR and the workspace suite. Your proposal lists the workspace services you choose.
Q1 2027 builds
Scheduling is confirmed after your consultation. Your written proposal explains what we will provide, who is responsible for each part and what it costs.
